Alison L R Davies

Is a writer and a storyteller.

Her fiction has appeared in collections and magazines in the UK, and overseas.

Her children's fiction is currently being represented by the Christopher Little Agency, and she is now working on her second novel. She writes regular features for a number of magazines and newspapers, including The Times Educational Supplement, Child Education, Chat - Its Fate, Eve Magazine, Record Collector, Femail (The Daily Mail), Teaching and Learning Magazine, Writing Magazine and Writers Forum etc.

More recently her book 'Storytelling in the Classroom' was published by Sage Publications and has been adopted as an essential text on several PGCE courses.

Alison runs workshops for adults and children on creative writing and storytelling, and also teaches sessions on PGCE courses throughout the UK.
